Ringland-Johnson Construction announced it has hired Kelsey Ott as the firm’s newest Estimating Engineer.
As Estimating Engineer, Ott will analyze cost data to provide accurate estimates and make bids for Ringland-Johnson on potential new projects. Ott brings along a solid background in the construction industry, previously working as an intern for two construction firms in Illinois and as a Project Engineer for a firm in Texas.
Ott is a native of Rockford and graduated from Auburn High School before earning her bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University. She was actively involved with the Construction Management Student Association (CMSA) during her time at ISU. With CMSA, Ott served as President for the affiliate Student Chapters of the U.S. Building Green Council and International Code Council.
