Rockford Fire Station 6
Location: 3329 West State St. Rockford, IL
Completion Date: March 2027
Project Size: 6400 sqft.
Project Value: $420,000
Project Overview
Renovation in phase one included updating the entire first floor of the fire station. We took the one existing locker room and made individual shower stalls, including one ADA bathroom/ shower stall.

- Five new shower stalls, one being ADA compliant
- Updated flooring throughout first floor.
- Updated officers’ quarters with a new shower

This new space will help our first responders do their job more efficiently and safely.
Stateline Youth for Christ Facility
Location: 2501 Charles St. Rockford, IL
Completion Date: July 2025
Project Size: 12,000 sqft.

Project Overview
New facility that is open for youth aged 11 to 19 and features a game room, fitness area, as well as space for meals and fellowship.

Project Highlights
A former warehouse that has been transformed into a space for youth to gather, play, and connect with adult mentors who invest in their well-being will take place in this new facility. The location has close proximity to East High School and Lincoln Middle School so that limits transportation issues for those two schools. The center is open to any young people who walk in.

UWH Outpatient Therapy at Spring Brook

This new space will bring together many rehab services, including physical, occupational, speech therapy for orthopedic sports, oncology, pelvic floor, neuro rehabilitation, and more.
